You will need this grill grate accessory riser when you want to use a large pan directly on the grill grate without smothering the fire.  It raises the grill grate so that food doesn't cook quite as quickly and adds a lot of extra smoke flavor.  It is made of two stainless steel parts that slide together so that it comes apart easily and can be put in the dishwasher.

If you need to return an item, no worries! You've got a generous 14 days from the purchase date. Just make sure your item is new, unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging to snag a refund. Sorry, but we can't take back anything that's been used. If your return is a bit worn or missing parts, we'll still do our best with a partial refund. Heads up, though – there's a 20% refinishing fee for certain returned items.
