Refund & Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Hassle-Free

Contact us via email or phone for a return authorization.

Inspected Returns

Refunds are processed once items are received in "Like New" condition.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item must not be a custom or "Made-to-Order" product (these are marked as non-returnable in the description).
  • Items specified as "Certified Pre-Owned" or "Used" are ineligible for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. To start the process:

Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We are committed to making it right through a prompt exchange or repair.

We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective.

Restocking Fees

We strive to avoid restocking fees whenever possible. However, depending on the specific vendor and product, a restocking fee may apply. We will disclose any applicable fees during the return authorization process.

Refund Timing

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies can take several days to post the refund to your account.

Commercial & Temporary Use Policy

Zen Grilling only sells to purchasers who intend to use the items for their full economic life. Orders purchased for one-time or temporary use are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, orders intended for use at trade shows, conferences, promotional events, or by trade show facilitators. We thank you for your understanding in helping us maintain the highest quality for all our customers.
