Returns and Refunds

At Zen Grilling, our top priority is ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place.

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back at our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@zengrilling.com or call us at 888-823-5274. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-eligible Items for Return:

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable (custom or made-to orders). These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in their respective item descriptions.

Damaged and Incorrect Products or Issues:

Upon receiving your order, inspect the items immediately, WITHIN 24 HOURS. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us without delay at returns@zengrilling.com or call us at 888-823-5274. Our team will address the issue promptly and make it right for you.

Exchanges:

Restocking Fee:

At Zen Grilling, we strive to provide a seamless experience, and we endeavor to avoid any restocking fees. However, restocking fees, if applicable, may vary per vendor.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return

Zen Grilling only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one-time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
