Shipping and Delivery

FREE U.S. Shipping (continental 48 states) on orders over $99.99!* Please contact us beforehand for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. 

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to returns@zengrilling.com then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Delivery:

All outdoor kitchens ship via LTL freight. The shipping company will call you, usually the day before or the day of the expected delivery date, to schedule a delivery time. This is "curb-side delivery", so someone must be home and available to sign for the package and take it from the back of the truck. Please see our Returns page for details/info about signing for your package and damages. If the shipping company is unable to get ahold of you and the package is returned to us, you will be liable for shipping charges (both to you and back to us), and any restocking/misc. fees involved. 

The freight companies we use are usually very good with accommodating our customers on a delivery day and time.

Built To Orders:

All outdoor kitchens are built to order. These can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks for production and shipping.

IMPORTANT: Please note that while the shipping companies we use are usually fine with holding the package for a day or two for a delivery appointment, if it goes any longer than that, storage fees may start to accumulate. In any case, if storage fees are accumulated because of the shipping company's inability to get a hold of the customer (you), they will be the responsibility of the customer (you) to pay.

If the shipping company is not able to get a hold of you in a reasonable amount of time to schedule a delivery (LTL shipments), they may end up shipping your order back to us. In the event that a shipment is returned to us because the shipping company is unable to get in communication with you to deliver an item, you will be liable and charged for the following items: 

  • the original cost of shipping from us to you
  • the cost of shipping back to us or our warehouse(s)
  • any storage cost(s) assessed by the shipping company for the storage of your item(s)
  • payment processing fees occurred on our end (2.9% of your order total)

These charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
