Free Shipping

On all orders over $99.99 within the continental 48 states.

LTL Freight

Large items ship via freight with a scheduled delivery appointment.

Built to Order

Custom outdoor kitchens typically ship within 4-6 weeks.

The Order Process

1. Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

2. Stock Verification

We immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm availability. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If available, we process the charges and submit the order for shipment (usually within 5 business days).

3. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within 6 business days, please contact us at info@zengrilling.com.

Freight Delivery (LTL)

All outdoor kitchens and large grills ship via LTL Freight. This service includes:

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you (typically 24 hours in advance) to schedule a delivery window.
  • Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver the package to the curb of your residence. You must be home to sign for and accept the delivery.
  • Important Note on Storage: Freight companies may charge storage fees if they are unable to reach you or if delivery is delayed beyond 2 days of arrival at the terminal. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection & Damages

Critical: Please inspect the packaging of your items immediately upon arrival.

If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, you should make note of it on the delivery receipt before signing, or you may refuse the delivery entirely.

If you accept the delivery and find damage inside:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product inside.
  2. Send these photos immediately to returns@zengrilling.com.
  3. Visit our Returns Page to lodge your claim online.

Failed Delivery Appointments

If the shipping company is unable to contact you and the package is returned to our warehouse, you will be liable for:

  • Original shipping costs (outbound).
  • Return shipping costs (back to warehouse).
  • Any storage fees assessed by the carrier.
  • Payment processing fees (2.9% of the order total).

These charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
