How It Works
To request your Price Match refund, simply email us at info@zengrilling.com with a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website, within 30 days from the date of your order.
Guidelines & Limitations:
- Purchase First: You must purchase the item from our website before requesting the Price Match.
- Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product (this ensures they are selling authentic, new items with full warranties).
- Online Only: The competitor must be an online-only store; they may not have a physical retail location.
- In-Stock: The item must be currently in-stock on the competitor’s website.
- Total Cost: The Price Match includes the item price and shipping charges (it excludes sales tax).
- Exclusions: Promotions such as rebates, "Buy One, Get One Free" offers, and auction/discounter websites (like eBay or Overstock) are not eligible.
